At Best Dressed Tables, we strive to keep our customers satisfied, both before and after the purchase of our products. These are our Ordering Guidelines:
- No changes or cancellations are acceptable for Specialty Items (chair covers, sashes, custom sizes and items that are not on the website).
- Sizes for products are cut sizes. Finished products may be slightly smaller.
- Patterns will not be matched on seamed cloths unless requested and will be at an additional charge.
- All skirting must be ordered in pairs of the same size, fabric and color.
- FOB South Hackensack, NJ. Shipping and handling is not included.
- BDT is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected deliveries due to freight carrier errors.
- If boxes are damaged, please notify the carrier immediately.
- The prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
- BDT is not responsible for color variations due to dye lot differences.
